We should always seek first to overlook the offenses of others. But sometimes it becomes necessary to talk with others about their failures. In this video you’ll learn how to engage conflict with wisdom by answering the question, “How do I engage conflict?”

When you overlook the offenses others commit against you, you are reflecting God’s forgiveness of you. But there are some problems that will only become worse if you fail to confront others directly. If you fail to confront these people, you are truly not loving them.
