Third Year of Innovative Church Planter Training in Muslim West Africa

This month, Steve Childers returns to Muslim West Africa to train French-speaking church planters and pastors in the far northern regions of Togo. This is his third year of training 60 indigenous French-speaking church leaders in the Evangelical Presbyterian Church of Togo.

The photo above from last year includes the 12 regional facilitators who’ll be receiving their third year of training to be equipped to train church leaders throughout their regions in West Africa.

By the final day of their training, all the leaders will be equipped to train other church leaders in these courses in their home cities and villages – using only their cell phones, tablets, or computers without internet access and cell service.

It is only through the prayers and support of people like you, that we’re able to provide these leaders the training and tools they need to develop churches that transform lives and communities.
